[Lurker-users] extract from mbox file

I have been using lurker for a while, but will be moving our old email 
archiving and searching to mysql. I see the README warns against 
accessing the mbox file directly with a mua, but how else can I get 
messages out, de-lurker-index? :)

I still have the original on cds and dvds, but if messages can be 
extracted from the mbox I won't have to go through each dvd backup 
again. Thanks in advance
