#42 Request To Join

1. log in as group owner.
2. invite someone
3. log out
4. log in as user who was just invited
5. go to the group to which you were just invited, and
click request to join
6. it automatically adds you b/c there was a pending
invitation.
7. the request to join button is still there. (not the "leave
group" button)
8. click request to join again, and It says an email had
been sent to the owner. That's not necessary if I'm
already a member :)
9. fyi if I go to group owner's email and confirm them, it
just says they're already a member, this is good.
