#39 logout issue - more info

I submitted something before about the logout not
working... This is just a follow up because I noticed that
the logout does work as expected sometimes. I am
fairly sure that I logged out earlier today and it looked
like it was successful. It even refreshed the navigation
panel on the left and changed it to say 'Login'. (I am not
sure if I logged in again at that point or not... I don't think
that I did...) However, I just went back to the site an
hour or so later and the navigation panel showed
the 'Logout' navigation panel again (so it kind of thought I
was still logged in), except that I was not logged in so I
couldn't do or see the right stuff. I clicked on my lunch
group and it just gave me the enter plans entry form but
did not show me my earlier entry that I had saved. And
when I click the submit plans button, nothing happened.
This is the behavior that I had reported before. Hope this
