In the script explorer, all the scripts show up on a list, with all folders in the name. This is very unorganised, especially when you have a lot of folders with scripts. Also, folders show up two times; one for the folder if it contains any lua files, and one for all other files.

This is the main (only) reason I am using LuaEdit/LuaEclipse instead of LunarEclipse.
