[Luma-devel] Translation question

Hi,

Next in the translations, I find that in dialog half of the strings is marked as "DO NOT TRANSLATE":
Base DN (makes sense)
Admin Name (would become Admin Naam in Dutch)
Admin Password (would become Admin Wachtwoord in Dutch)
Distribution (would become Distributie in Dutch)
Help (would become Hulp in Dutch)

I couldn't find this dialog in Luma. Is it in use ? And if so, why are these strings marked as not to translate ?
