There was missing support of sendfile() kernel file
function. This was causing some software (notably,
mount) to fail. sendfile() function exists on Linux 2.6
(but not 2.4). My patch completely fixes the problem by
using the generic_* Linux handler for this function on
Linux 2.6 lufs module.
