#10 handle sigsev in lufsd

Problems arise when a filesystem does something wrong
and crashes. It would be great if lufsd would catch
sigsev when they happen in the dynamically loaded
filesystems, and would force an unmount / reload maybe.
Or at least an unmount, and warn about the crash.
