#88 ftpfs not working seemingless

hi,
ftpfs is the worst thing I ever saw...the idea is
great, but the implementation is crappy. If I open eg.
with an editor a file on my ftp and want to save it,
the editor just hangs and the file is not written.
Sometimes it's able to save a file, but then the file
is corrupted, nothing else :/...
