This is the 1st project upload. It contains the DNP3 & IEC870-5 101, 103 & 104 Master & Slave protocols -not fully operationnal for some of them. This project release also includes the central block of the project: LUCIOL. LUCIOL contains the database for incoming and outcoming data from/to protocols. This database in particular should allow protocol translation.
No package documentation is provided at this stage except the comments in code.
An overall documentation will be provided in the next days.

We look for developpers for improving and validating the code of DNP3 & IEC870-5 protocols.

Testers are also required to validate the code with as much as possible IEDs from different manufacturers.

Developpers are required to implement UCA2 & IEC61850.

Beta packages for DNP3 will be uploaded to project repository by the 8th Dec. 2002.

IEC 60870-5-101, 103 & 104 packages should follow shortly after.
