[luciddb-users] Hard cutover to forums in 30 days

Currently all emails posted to luciddb-users are posted as read only threads on the LucidDB forums here:
http://www.luciddb.org/forums/categories/luciddb-users

It's been broken for a couple of months now; we don't intend to fix it.  So, DynamoBI employees are making a hard cutover to the forums now and will eliminate the luciddb-users list from sf.net within the coming days.
