LUAndroid uses [LUA][] version 5.3

All standard [LUA][] 5.3 core libraries are exposed. Some of them is adjusted to meet the embedded environment. One of the examples can be the 'os' library.

The filesystem driver is [FatFS][] R0.11, and the naming convention is according to [FatFS][].

The LUAndroid modules default to [ldro] namespace.
