When I start ltpconf from the console it only says Segmentation fault and exists.
I'm running debian sarge/sid, kde 3.3, kernel 2.6.8 on a compaq armada e500.

Oh, just read that only asus notebooks are supported. Well, it shouldn't segfault anyway imho.

It shouldn't happen with version 0.5.3. LaptopConfig is not only for Asus computers, it should work on your system as well.
