I realized that I made an assumption in the "format" section of this test.
The test tries to format /dev/fd0H1440, which exists on TurboLinux and
RedHat, but not on SuSe or possibly other distros. The correction for this
is to obviously use /dev/fd0 and let the system defaults determine the type
of format (i.e. Low Density/High Density...720Kb/1.44Mb)....sorry about the
I've also noticed that the 'ar' test will fail under pan...the 26th subcase
has trouble. However, if ran standalone, the test passes. This is just a
heads up if you notice this test failing, to try running it without pan.
I'm going to try and figure this one out.
