In the 20040908 release of LTP, statfs03 now fails:
statfs03 1 FAIL : unexpected error - 20 : Not a directory - expected
while in the 20040804 release it did not. It seems that a change made

may now be permitting access to the test directory, resulting in the
above error. It appears that statfs03 depends on the test directory
permissions to deny access the test file created.
Should tst_tmpdir be reverted to leave the access permissions unchanged
(pre-20040908), or should statfs03 be modified to create a subdirectory
with permissions sufficient to generate the expected EACCESS error?
Attached is a patch to 'statfs03.c' that creates a subdirectory with a
test file in it, and seems to produce the expected results on my test
