Somebody who actually knows the test suite should determine whether
there are also tests to check the kernel fills in the PID and not the
TID in various data structures which are copied to userlevel. The file
I attached contains 5 tests which check credential passing, fcntl
(locking), SysV IPC. All these cases used to be broken for some time in
the 2.6 kernel. They are all fixed now.
One problem with the ktst-fcntl.c test is that it needs NPTL since
LinuxThreads doesn't provide all the functionality needed.
