I don't see an easy way to do this. The files were disabled for gcov on arm because apparently the kernel would not boot when they are enabled. You could try to see if this is any different on your setup. You might also have a look at the gcov-dump utility (this tool is created when compiling gcc) and see if you can use it to determine the number of lines from the static .gcno files created during kernel compilation.
