[LTP] Bug at syslog05 test

Hi,

after testing on SuSE 9.3 I was wondering about non working syslogs on the
tested server. I found the reason for the problem in this file:

.../ltp-full-20061222/testcases/kernel/syscalls/syslog/syslog05

There is a block at line 101, which overwrites the content of
/etc/syslog.conf BEFORE backing up the configuration file! After this test
the config file contains instead of the original content only this line:
user.info        /var/log/messages

With regards,
Thomas Schulz
