mincore01 test 3 is not valid and the others may not be either.
In test 3, the Linux kernel tests for memory in 'core' for one or more vma areas. If adjacent areas of memory are mapped, the kernel can return success depending upon memory layout.
I also note that discussion on lkml says "2.6.21-rc fixes mincore to succeed on anonymous areas, where before it failed for no very good reason."
This will make the mincore01 tests "unexpectedly pass".
