SIMPLEPARSER_LEXSERVICE no longer exists

This branch tracks the development of Azim's simple parser, starting from its 2002.0319 code up to the SimpleParser of today. You can think of this as a very slow and careful import of his SimpleParser work of old.

The LEXSERVICE branch has finally been merged into the trunk!

This includes
1) more seperation between parser/lexicon code
2) the ability to treat the lexicon as a SOAP service somewhere out there
3) major cleanups to the original SOAPification between parser and gui

This branch is dedicated to making ParserLopez read word graphs, as opposed to simple sentences

branch SOAPCLEANUP_LEXSERVICE was merged back into LEXSERVICE (eric 2002 05 06)

this branch had been created to clean up our initial soapification of ParserLopez, so that we now use the Literal XML encoding instead of writing custom (de)serializers, and pack our code in an orderly manner
