Version 2.0.1 released.

A couple of bug fixes plus some new features:

* now hides WON or LOST status of finished games so as not to spoil the surprise
* double click on games starts game turn download or opens up game map in Count Zero's Map HQ.

(Uninstall previous version before installing latest).
