#5 Could not open Lightstone

Downloaded and installed LSM 0.82 with no problem.
The program starts fine but...
Looking for Local LightStone.
Could not open LightStone.Looking for Local LightStone.

Running Windows XP Sp 2

I tried to install the previous version but the install
failed. Something about an exception.
