#40 Missing LSL functions in editor/debugger

Greetings, The editor lacks "knowledge" of LSL functions such as:

llGetMinScaleFactor();
llGetMaxScaleFactor();

and a few more I have encountered (but not documented, silly me)...

It may be worth updating the LSL functions in both the editor as well as the debugger.
