#2 cert listed can't be cleared

Not sure this is a lsipsectool problem or IE cert
problem. When I clear out all my own certs listed in
IE. lsipsectool shows them still listed. Sometimes I
redo the cert due to errors and it lists them all the
same names which is why I clear out my certs but they
are still there. real pain.
