1. Before installing the application, make sure you have XG5000 installed on your PC. If not, get the latest version from https://www.ls-electric.com/support/download-center.

1. Use your preferred Modbus TCP server, and leave it in the on state accepting connections.

Attention, do not use more than one open server, communication failure and application crash may occur.

1. Open the XG5000 and start programming with the simulator.

1. Open LSIMOD and check the status of the indicators of the ladder simulator and the Modbus server, the ladder simulation connects itself, in the case of Modbus check the settings and press the Start Button. In case of success, both indications will be green.
