#21 Cannot resolve LSIDs when server URLs already contain "?"

The firefox extension seems to be always appending "?lsid=the_lsid" to the metadata/data URLs without checking if the URL already has the query string separator. Resolution is therefore not working when LSID servers already contain previous parameters in the URL.

This is preventing TapirLink providers to serve LSID metadata.
