#12 Other cover styles

Right now the program concept assumes a very simple cover design. THere are basically three permutations.

1) Solid color fill with white title text on front cover and white body text on back. No images.
2) Image covering entire front cover but not back. Text floating over image.
3) Image covering entire front and back covers wrapping over spine.
4) Image inset on front cover between title text (top of page) and bottom text (byline and publisher logotype).

Obviously, there are many other ways to design a beautiful cover, so in the future it would be great to have the program be smart enough to offer more options.
