[Lse-tech] lockmeter for 2.5.[25,26]

Lockmeter for 2.5.26 is ready for your testing.  The file on lse consists
of two seperate patches to be applied in the following order:

1) spinlock-cleanup (include/linux/spinlock.h)
    * Reorganization and cleanup of the spin_lock, spin_unlock, etc macros
to elininate redundancy created by Preemptive support
       (which is further complicated when adding lockmeter)
2) lockmeter1.5-2.5.26

Both of these patches apply cleanly to both 2.5.25 and 2.5.26.  Comments on
the cleanup patch would be especially appreciated because I'd like to see
this changed in the kernel.  Thanks.
