[Cross-posted to LRRD-users just in case anyone's still there. The
party's at Munin-users now, come join us!]
Anyway, I've uploaded Munin packages to the SourceForge file area. I
would very much appreciate it if the Debian users on this list would
try them out and report back on any problems.
They will look to see if you've got an LRRD installation, and if so
attempt to copy the data and configuration files from it, so the
upgrade should be rather painless. The conversion is done in a
non-destructive manner - the files will be *copied*, not moved.
There will probably be no further changes to the Debian packaging
before the packages will be uploaded to the official archive, and I
promise you will be able to upgrade cleanly from the ones now at SF. I
will probably wait for 1.0.0pre3 before uploading, because the IOstat
plugin currently needs some more work, notably being more selective on
which devices to graph and correcting some labeling issues. I expect
these issues to be resolved and pre3 to be released early next week.
I've also put the packages onto a interim APT repository at my home
page for those of you who prefer using APT:
deb http://users.linpro.no/tore/munin ./
deb-src http://users.linpro.no/tore/munin ./
Again, feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
