New File Release is available

A new version (A02) of the LROA online multiuser world engine pre-alpha/demo package has been released.

This latest version of the LROA Online World Engine (LOWE) includes binaries of the demo server and client and full sources. CVS is ready and new pre compiled client release

I managed to get the CVS for LROA working. It contains the latest changes now.

The a00 client (or any client compiled from the a00 complete file release) will NOT work with our Testserver (or any server compiled from the CVS sources) anymore. A working binary of the client has been released as rel. a01 here. Just unzip into the ./run directory of a a00 installation.

Remember though: your chances of getting a working connection to the Testserver are always best with a client compiled from a current CVS checkout :) ... read more

LROA moving to sourceforge

Starting move of website today. Over the coming days, as time permits and when I start to figure out how sourceforge works, I will release the first pre alpha packages (release a00). These will include a client only binary release and a complete release with binaries and full source code.
