#94 State feedback in calbration & measurement work flow

When users are running the display calibration and measurement wizard they need better feedback of about the state of the work flow. For example currently a user could run a display measurement before completing the calibration process or they could adjust the monitor control after running the calibration. Both of these would be incorrect and the wizard needs to prevent that from happening.
