#16 Makefile appears to miss a few tokens

From what I can see, when the makefile goes to create
lprngtool.conf, it fails to replace the @GSUPDIR@ and
@BASH@ tokens

    Apologies, GSUPDIR does get sedded by the Makefile, I just
    don't see how it can get set.

    USERID and GROUPID also get sedded by the Makefile but don't
    seem to get set anywhere BASH is the only token that doesn't
    seem to get set anywhere or sedded by the Makefile
