#30 doesn't work with files in root directory in w32

Files in the root directory on any drive will get an extra slash in the pathname sent to Winamp, and will not play. I found it out by trying to use Longplayer with a couple of CDs.

This is tested with the same results on Windows 98 and Windows 2000.
