#18 bring back the dial

The new way of setting ratings is too cumbersome. The dial
allowed me to click/drag and set rating with only one click,
crucial for this program to have success.

The genre thing I don't understand. It'd be better if I could
select the genre from a drop down, and have the file tag change
the genre, so I can quickly update the mp3 as well, for my
category system.
