#4 validation for load/unload

When entering a character action to cast a battle or dual spell, the process eventually gets to a screen that asks, "1=Load or 0=Unload" with 0 being the default. You can enter 01 or 001 or 0001 and it does not make the entry the desired value 1. What happens when you enter 002 or 4 or 50 needs attention also.
