#2 multiple target prefix in spells

After you create a character action to cast Scry Force and move on to other things and then come back to this action with the Order Dialog button, then you can see on one of the screens "F F 2333" as the target of the spell. Some more validations here should prevent the double F. Using the previous and next buttons repeated can multiply the occurance of the "F " prefix.
