#1 Make solutions deletable

Today it is not possible to delete single solutions. Only whole trainingpapers or whole users can be deleted in order to delete affecting solutions.

In the case that a user submits a solution without intention (let it a browser fault or other abnormal situations), it should possible to delete a single solution. Maybe only admins should have the right to do this.
