I mean, why would you open a query if you don't want to send
a message to that person? This command could easily be extended:
"/query nick" - opens a query
"/query nick hello wazzup?" - opens a query and sends a
message, which is equal to opening a query tab, switching to
a query tab and sending a message. Why not?
Also, it would be nice, if the query command would
automatically switch to the newly-created tab.
