"make dist" fails in directory "intl", reporting "no target 'distdir'". intl/Makefile needs to be added to the AC_CONFIG_FILES list.
With this fixed, "make distcheck" fails with a "permission denied" error for each file to be copied into lostirc-0.4.7pre/m4.
