#21 sudden quit when channel mode c used

LostIRC quits suddenly when it receives notice of a
mode change +c or -c on a channel.

I am using version 0.4.3, but I don't see anything in
the changelog pertaining to this.

Strangely, it appears that this happens only on
Freenode, because on another network I tried
(ShadowWorld to be specific), I can set those modes
with no problem. I have no idea what the two networks
do differently.

A possibly related problem just happened to me (this time on
efnet)... I tried to set a channel to secret, give it a key,
and op someone at the same time:

/mode #room +sko key person

Again, LostIRC terminated immediately. However, other people
in the channel at the time confirmed that my mode change was
successful, so it must have been receiving the mode change
that caused the problem.

The letter c did not appear anywhere in the command.
