#1 Support for --vbr-new for mp3 encode

I wanted support for --vbr-new for mp3 encodings, it use a new vbr algorithm and almost double the encode speed and it's standard for mp3 presets now, the quality is same or better then without it.

I've made a quick hack, just added --vbr-new in the lame command for it work for me, but it's a very good plus if use as a default for this script !
