#38 Tell highway type, use ID for unnamed roads

In the Preferences each user shall be able to choose, if the highway tag shall be included.
There shall be 3 choices: always, only for unnamed roads, never.
Example: Nordstraße has a crossing with Weststraße and with unnamed way.
Always: Secondary Nordstraße X residential Weststraße, Secondary Nordstraße X Footway Unnamed <OSM ID>
Only for unnamed roads: Nordstraße X Weststraße, Nordstraße X Footway Unnamed <OSM ID>
Never: Nordstraße X Weststraße, Nordstraße X Unnamed <OSM ID>
