#45 send files to an user

send a particular file to an user (i mean like you would do on a instant messanging software) so that the receiving user can accept and download the sent file even if not in the shared folders.
this could be done for example in the friends tab and/or by right clicking on an user in the list of the chat and selecting for example an entry like send file...
If possible could it be supported on opennap servers? (even if only trough lopster clients)

Lopster 1 had such a feature. It was called "DCC". In my opinion a nice thing, because file transfers on IM clients often have problems.
