LoopMediaCenter project created

Welcome all,

Just the first day of creation for LoopMediaCenter, currently i'm only coded for less than a month but it starts to have some interesting stuff, i'm currently using the mp3 player.

The skin interface may be finished for the end of the week.

The website isn't yet in the priority list, if someone want to do it, you're welcome, i've got some image to integrate in the style of the default skin.
