Newer versions of animation files use hashes to lookup joint names in newer versions of skeleton files. These hashes are not included in earlier versions of skeleton files yet some have animation files that require a hash lookup.
Internally League of Legends has a HashToName function that resolves this, but since I don't have this function animations with this issue will fail all lookups and contain no animation.
