Bug fixes to 0.4.0

Change log:

Fixed a link issue with view articles with release candidates, and an nil object issue when updating a rating.
Added an are you sure page when deleting articles.
List release candidates and list changes link directly to release candidates or developments respectively.
Errors when creating new users will now appear properly.
Admin can change the password of users without knowing the users original password.
Increased the contrast of the characters in an article.
Made some minior optimizations in the wiki convert code.

Lohimedia was originally called OSWiki, but the name OSWiki is already taken by an opensource project. This release of Lohimedia, is the same as the 0.3.7 release of OSWiki, with only the references to OSWiki changed to Lohimedia.
