#96 Add emerge Syncing-repository ignore

Small patch to add an ignore to scripts/service/emerge.
Ignores Syncing repository which appear in a block like

1768532619:  === sync
1768532619: >>> Syncing repository 'gentoo' into '/var/db/repos/gentoo'...
1768532620: >>> Starting rsync with rsync://[ipv4]/gentoo-portage
1768532662: === Sync completed for gentoo
1768532663:  *** terminating.
