#7 iptables script: support for ip6tables

Hi,

I got the following feature request:

Dear Maintainer,

I am using logwatch on dualstack system (IPv4 & IPv6). Logwatch has
section for iptables which only manages IPv4.

I believe logwatch shuld also include ip6tables as I am only seeing
traffic with one internet protocol instead of the two that are used by
my system.
