#24 New script for rspamd

Hi,

I do want to donate [1] a new script for rspamd rspamd to the Logwatch project.

Rspamd has numerous configuration options regarding modules the user wants to use.

I do only use a subset of those. Thus, I have developed this script only for those modules I do use.

For instance, I do not use Fuzzy and Bayes modules which many sure use.

Thus this script depends on others to improve.
