#26 "Log Framework Support" pane is empty in IDEA 15

I go to settings > Other Settigns > Log Framework Support, and the pane that's supposed to list the various frameworks is empty. This appears to just be a UI bug, because if I try to create a framework with a name that already exists, I can't (the "OK" button is dimmed).

If I create a framework, the UI pane refreshes and all of the frameworks appear. I can then modify them, and I can also delete the one I just created. This amounts to a workaround for the bug: create a dummy framework to force the UI refresh, then delete it.
