#21 Add support for Log4j version 2.
Log4j 2.0 is about to be released, and it would be awesome to include support for this. I checked out the project today, so I'll take a whack at a patch, too. For a quick idea of what Log4j2 added, think SLF4J's Logback, but faster and with more configurable awesomeness. Also, asynchronous loggers!
As a side effect of submitting a patch, I'll also be adding a Mac OS X profile to the Maven build.
Never mind about the Maven changes. I'm using IntelliJ 13, so I don't really want to figure out how to best update anything like that without clobbering old versions. I did notice that a couple changes may be necessary to support 13 (or maybe version 12 even?), so I'll submit a separate issue for that. Anyway, here's a patch adding Log4j2 support!
